Idiots Caught on Tape is an American reality program.
History
When Bart was about to ride his scooter off of the roof of his house, Milhouse gave him his safety helmet. Bart told Milhouse that he didin't need a helmet, and that the guys on Idiots Caught on Tape never wore helmets. Milhouse then tossed the helmet away, saying that Bart was at least as big an idiot as those guys.
Behind the Laughter
Idiots Caught on Tape is likely supposed to be a parody of the MTV show, Jackass.
