Bullyman is a Simpsons Comics One-Shot Wonders story first printed in Jimbo Jones #1.
Synopsis
Jimbo teaches Kearney to bully Martin.
Plot
Jimbo's bully sense is tingling and he becomes Bullyman. He runs over to Kearney, who tries to collect Martin's lunch money by holding him upside down to shake it out of his pockets. Bullymam stops him, to Martin's delight. He tells him that it is better to give him a wedgie instead, so he gives Martin a wedgie. The money flies from Martin's pockets and Kearney thanks him. Bullyman then runs away.
