- Bartman: Like the arsenal of weapons I've invented for my new utility belt!
- Chief Wiggum: It's Bartman! And hes about to crash! Now I've got that hot-dogging vigilante right where I want him!
- Kent Brockman:That looks like Bartman—headed for a crash landing! This is my big chance to unmask him on live TV! I hope his face is till recognizable after crack-up.
