Hole Lotta Trouble is a The Simpsons Winter Wingding story first printed in Simpsons Winter Wingding #7.

Synopsis

"A hole in the snow leads to open warfare between the school bullies and Bart and his friends."

Plot

The children of Springfield are throwing snowballs at each other, and Bart is alone after Milhouse runs away to avoid the snowballs as the bullies throw them. He gets lonely, and starts walking in the park, where he sees Homer's Mr. Plow car and starts singing about the car, but he is not looking where he is going and falls into a hole, which Martin also fell into after the bullies threw snowballs at him. Martin tells him that he does not know why the hole is there, and then Milhouse falls into the hole. They stand on each other's shoulders to look out of the hole, and discover that the bullies have dug it. The bullies are delighted to see three kids in the hole, and go to search for more kids to fall in the hole. The hole is too large for them to escape, so they try to come up with a plan. After a while, Bart discovers that the snow has begun to melt, and realize that Milhouse's glasses are melting the snow. They decide to melt the snow with Milhouse's glasses and dig a tunnel with the things they have in their pockets. They manage to find the bullies and throw snowballs at them, so the bullies start chasing them. The bullies can't see where they are going, and fall into their own hole, much to the gang's amusement.
