What's on Paula's Window Sill? is a cooking show hosted by Paula Paul.

Paula told Homer that she would call Marge to wish her a happy birthday live on her show. However, due to the phone cable being chewed through by a rabbit, Paula could not get through. This led to her putting segments of her show on hold until she could get through. Paula became increasingly angry at this and left one final message telling Marge not to buy any of her stuff or make any of her recipes again.
Bart then turns on the TV to see that the show was still on. Paula was getting the audience to join in with her new found hatred of Marge and they even burned a doll shaped like Marge.
