The Misadventures of Sgt. Spirochete is a comic book from World War II created to raise awareness of venereal disease (VD) prevention.

History[edit]

The Misadventures of Sgt. Spirochete was one of the comics that was for sale in Herman's Military Antiques. Bart mistook the initials "VD" as standing for "Valentine's Day" when he saw the comics.
