Not specifically the city[edit]

Aren't they referring the Vichy France, the fascist governments for a portion of France during the World War II, rather than the specific city named Vichy. It's sort of like how Cabaret or Babylon Berlin are set in Weimar Germany, but not in the actual city named Weimar. Also there's a common in the caption, but it's not between the words Vichy and France. Snowball II (talk) 02:29, November 30, 2023 (EST)
