The Minit-License is a driver's license-making machine at the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).

History

During a visit to the DMV, Selma photographed Cletus for his driver's license. The Minit-Licenser then reproduced his photograph and identifying information onto a new license, which Selma removed from the machine before taking it for lamination. Bart Simpson, noticing how the machine worked, decided to use it for himself. He straightened his hair, sat in front of the camera, and took his photograph. Within seconds, the machine produced a driver's license identifying Bart as 25 years old, giving him the identification he needed for his spring-break trip.
