Jeff "Swampy" Marsh, also credited as Jeff Marsh and Jeffrey Marsh, (born December 9, 1960) is an American animator, writer, director, producer, and voice actor. He served as a background layout artist, background designer, character layout artist, and computer animation design and layout artist for The Simpsons. Outside of The Simpsons, Marsh created Phineas and Ferb and Milo Murphy's Law with Dan Povenmire.
