Bart Simmons: God of Thunder is a Bart Simpson's Treehouse of Horror story first printed in Bart Simpson's Treehouse of Horror #10.

Bart gets another wedgie from the bullies. Bart tells them that this time they went too far and suddenly starts spraying fire from his mouth. He burns up the bullies body and principal Skinner sends him home. Marge then tells him why his tongue has grown longer and why he can breathe fire, his father is Gene Simmons. For 11 years was Marge and her girlfriends at a KISS concert while she was dating Homer. After the concert, she lost her friends and when She was going to call for a ride, she met the singer Gene Simmons. Simmons asked Marge if she wanted go out with him and she did. That night, he got Marge pregnant with Bart. In the morning, When Marge woke up, Simmons was gone and had left his bass guitar.

Marge then gave Bart Simmons the guitar and he decides to change his last name from "Simpson" to "Simmons". Bart transforms into a supernatural young Gene Simmons and can fly and change things. He flies to the school where he turns all his classmates into animals and burns his teacher up. Marge tells the truth about Bart's dad to Homer, but he does not care that much. Bart goes home and talks to Lisa about his new power, when Kang and Kodos came with his friends to enslave their entire world. Bart goes to them and tells them that he began to do it two hours ago and he will transform Mt. Rushmore to whatever he wants, putting kids in charge of everything, only a few shows are allowed to be on TV and every day is free comic book day. He then asks what they intend to do and they realize that their plans stinks and flies home. Lisa congratulations Bart, he saved the planet and Bart realizes what he should do, he starts a band called BART.
