A Tale of 2 Pen Pals is a Simpsons Comics story first printed in Simpsons Comics #96.
Bart and Lisa decide to expand their horizons a bit when they become pen pals with two children from the other side the world. Needless to say, Bart's attempts to help make his letter writer cool and Lisa's humanitarian efforts to improve her pen friends lot in life lead to what can be charitably described as "an international incident."
