A Day in the Life...with Yeardley Smith is a series of clips starring Yeardley Smith. The first part was published on YouTube at March 18, 2013, the second on March 19, 2013. The third clip, which includes parts three and four, was released on March 20, 2013.

Part 1[edit]

Yeardley Smith is driving her car to the studio but she has forgotton her ID. Yeardley tried to explain to the guard that she works on The Simpsons but the guard does not believe her. Yeardley then talks as Lisa but the guard does not let her in. Yeardley then shows Lisa's student card that she had in the car and the guard let her in.

Part 2[edit]

Yeardley Smith visits the writers to pitch some ideas. She meets Al Jean who is happy that she came. Yeardley's first idea is that she chains herself to a tree so they not cutting it down. The writer told her that they have already done that. Yeardley's next idea is that she starts playing online poker, but a writer tells her that the episode aired last week. Yeardley's third idea is that Lisa becomes a police officer and her partner has a totally opposite personality to hers. The writers told Yeardley that that is in every cop movie and they try to do episodes without clichés. Yeardley's last idea is a Russian boy teaches Lisa how to play piano if Marge teaches his dad to drive. The writer likes that idea, but replace Lisa with Bart. The writers thank her and Yeardley leaves the writer room.

Part 3 & 4[edit]

Yeardley shows the Marge Simpson ADR Stage, in secret, but when they are found out that she was there they turned off the lights. Yeardley then shows her shoe company, Marchez Vous. Yeardley says she is there when she is not working on The Simpsons and shows her office and talks with her staff, that talk about Yeardley. Yeardley then explains why she started design shoes and what she does. Yeardley thanks the viewers.
