The Happy Little Elves Meet the Curious Bear Cub is the video tape which is part of the Happy Little Elves franchise. Bart & Lisa watch it when being babysat by Ms Botz.
The film involves The Happy Little Elves meeting the Curious Bear Cub. Moldy, Bubbles and Yendor are working at the Honey Pot when Bubbles falls in, along with two more elves, and turns into Happy Green Idiots. The Curious Bear Cub, Cheery and Doofy join Moldy and Yendor on an adventure to save Bubbles but are sidetracked and get Captain Cook's treasure instead. It's presumed they managed to save Bubbles by the end of the film.[1]
