[[Bart]] and [[Homer]] looking at a shop window of a tattoo, A sailor pass them and he shows them his tattoo which made so Homer to want to get a tattoo. Bart recalls then at Marge was not happy when he got a tattoo, but because Homer is an adult he determines it himself. But before he tells the news for Marge he want Marge be happy and he gives her a bouquet of flowers, he'll tell then t he wants Marge's name tattoed over his heart.
