Star Trek XII: So Very Tired is a parody of the progression of the series of movies based on Star Trek's original series. The later movies, especially V and VI, are often lampooned due to the characters' obvious increasing age and the accelerating weight gain by the cast, especially Scotty and Uhura. Kirk's introduction included his complaint "the ship is cold and drafty", again a shot at old people, and Scotty's inability to reach the control panel a reflection of James Doohan's weight gain. The real Star Trek XII will air in 2011, but will not feature the original cast.
