Bart becomes mad for no insults his life and gets away with it. He start written his letter, he written down at in Springfield it's always something exciting in the air and he live in a beautiful home in the exclusive plebeian estates section of town. Bart also writtend down at his father has an important position with a very powerful company and Bart's name is well know all over the town. Bart also written down at afterschool activity keep him busy but he has still time for hobbies like nature photograph and coin collection.
Bart concluded the letter that he now must going to a meeting with the mayor and the police cheif in the school principal office. Bart also sends a photo of him where he is see next to a road sign with text "Capitol City 42 MI. To the stinkiest place on Earth, home of Herbert J. Walker".
