Redneck Jed is a member of the Pinnacle Jeb Police. His favorite biome is the one which covers much of Pinnacle City. The Jeb Police watches over anybody who insults rednecks. He keeps claiming that he has huge BALLS in front of everyone. This is to hide that he actually has a skano. He is usually seen drunk on beer, often beating up the little kiddies. His rival in the Jed Police is snobby-redneck Alfred Vanningham.

He is notable for his occasionally manic driving style and his propensity for sounding and acting like a perpetual '70s teenager. He has also had his license revoked, and driven a mobile pool during summer, as well as nearly getting married. He has been seen at Alcoholics Anonymous meetings: "My name is Otto, and I love to get blotto!" He is often homeless, having been evicted from his apartment and forced to live with the Simpsons in one episode, and found squatting in [[the Simpsons]]' recently-vacated home in another.
