The Tattoo Parlor Guy is the proprietor of the The Happy Sailor Tattoo Parlor.

History

In Simpsons Roasting on an Open Fire, Bart decides to get a tattoo and is able to trick the Tattoo Parlor Guy into beleiving he is old enouph to get a tattoo.

Appearance

He is a very large, fat man. He wears dark gunglasses and a bandana on his head. He has a beard similiar to Comic Book Guy or Dr. Marvin Monroe.
