Lisa watched this film when the Simpson family went for a visit to the dentist. The film consists in Ludacris portraying a toothpaste tube named "Luda-Crest" fighting various dental diseases such as tooth decay, gum disease, gingivitis, periodontitis and plaque with the help of a toothbrush and dental floss. The film is accompanied by the rap "Luda-Crest Wisdom".

Apparently, the film was supposed to be aired only one time in Canada, but the Springfield Dentists used the film without Ludacris' permission.
