[[Lisa]] wins the April Fool's Day contest in [[Springfield Elementary School]] with a simple whoopee cushion, which annoying [[Bart]] for her jokes not made him laugh. Lisa decides then to learn how she she can be more funny by doing pranks and she starts studying classic pranks. After several hour of study Lisa found a prank that she wants to test the next school day. At the school are Lisa going to throw a water balloon at [[Martin]] but she realizes that she does not want it and interrupts the pranks and runs away with the balloon. Bart runs on Lisa when she is holding the water balloon and he is happy that she want pranks with his school mates but Lisa says she just can not do it. Bart convinces Lisa then it is normal that she wants to play with Martin after he did so she became second in the spelling bee. And when Lisa asks him if it's okay to doing pranks with all that goes on her nerves respond Bart that it's okay.

[[Principal Skinner]] let Lisa still join the team after she Martin teaching her math. The Shelbyville responds first and correctly to all questions and wins. After the prize ceremony, Lisa discovers that they had all answers written on their pens and she tell it to Martin.
