Billy Beer is a type of beer that once Homer found in his jacket. It was named after and promoted by Jimmy Carter's brother Billy Carter. After drinking, Homer states "we elected the wrong Carter." Homer reads a comic which was later seen as obscene and finds that it claims that Billy Beer was originally brewed to turn people into werewolves he gasps and says "I'm at risk".
