I am trying to add a recurring character. I just read it was because it fas fan art. Yes I drew it. I can add an actual character screenshot for the future. This is not a 1 time character. He is shown on the intro in Lisa's class. He is sitting next to bart, in Bart The Genius episode. He appears again fighting Nelson on Bart the General. I am sure he is shown in more episodes. I am just in the process of collecting more info. I will try to create a page for him, and add all the info I come across. By the way, I am not new to the wiki. Long time ago I helped with edits.
