The Demon is a Bart Simpson story first printed in Bart Simpson #79.
Synopsis[edit]
- "Bart, Milhouse, and Lisa find a Ouija board, and it doesn't take long before they unleash a demonic spirit from the world beyond."
Plot[edit]
Bart, Milhouse and Lisa is home alone and has no lights on. They trying to talk with the ghosts using an ouija board. Lisa tries to explain to them that they are not ghosts when it starts blowing in the room they are in. Lisa tells them that there is a logical explanation, and it turns out to be the door that had blown up. Bart tries to scare Lisa but fails but then when the door opened again immediately when she closes, she and Milhouse is scary. A plaintive sound is hearing and now even Bart become scared, Lisa tries to calm down by herself but Bart toching her and make sounds so Lisa becomes afraid again. They hear now at the complaining sound shouts at Bart and Lisa and they both are afraid but refuses to admit it. Milhouse is most afraid of everyone and flees from the house. Bart and Lisa discover that the sound coming from upstairs and Bart's room and they decide to investigate what it is. They open the door and outs came a ghost and both Bart and Lisa become afraid of the ghost until they discover it's only their grandfather who tell them that his is cold and have now place to sleep after Homer does not pay the heating bill. They go together to the kitchen and drinking cocoa and they tell him that they thought he was a ghost. Grampa calms then children and tell them that he had never seen a ghost. Milhouse return then dressed as a ghost and scares away grampa while he telling them at they must run away from the demon.
