"Babysitting Maggie" is the fourth Simpsons short. It aired on The Tracey Ullman Show on May 31, 1987.
Plot
Maggie sticking a fork into an electrical socket, in scenes that have never been shown in syndication.
Marge tells her children, Bart and Lisa that she is going shopping and they have to look after Maggie. The kids get distracted and Maggie accidentally electrocutes herself by shoving a fork into an electrical socket. Bart and Lisa are sitting watching TV while Maggie is walking up the stairs. A dialogue continues between Bart and Lisa wondering where Maggie is. Maggie falls down the stairs, and Lisa thinks she hears something, but Bart does not want to know anything of the sort. Maggie watches a butterfly fly out of the window, climbs onto the roof, catches the butterfly and falls. Lisa, concerned she heard a noise, is threatened by Bart, and Maggie comes out from a bush with a butterfly in her hand. Marge arrives home, unnoticed. The butterfly flutters away from Maggie's hand. As Maggie wails, Bart berates Maggie for being a baby.
