Here are a few pages to help out new editors such as most likely yourself:

Two Editing Tips

Welcome to the wiki and thanks for your work fine-tuning all of those references articles, as well as Memes and idioms. I have just a couple of editing tips to pass on.

  1. First, please use the "Show preview" button to see how your changes will look before you click "Save changes". Previewing can be especially useful when you're working on something such as a link within the wiki or a link to Wikipedia. If your change doesn't look quite right in the preview, you can just go back to the wiki text, change it again, and preview it again. Then just repeat as needed until you're satisfied with the result. Previewing helps prevent the change log from ending up with clusters of minor edits on the same article.
  2. That leads right into the second tip. If the change you're making only involves a few characters, please mark the "This is a minor edit" check box before you save your changes. Minor edits include things such as correcting a misspelling, fixing punctuation, or fixing a link. I don't claim to be perfect on this point; I'm as likely as anyone else to forget to check the box. Nonetheless, please do try to remember to use the box. The effort is appreciated.

Again, thanks for your work and enjoy the wiki. If you have any questions, please ask an Administrator or another experienced editor by posting your questions on their talk page. Cheers and welcome! -- Mythigator (talk) 14:07, December 22, 2019 (EST)
