Maggie's Crib is a Bart Simpson story that appears in Bart Simpson #53. It has since been reprinted in Bart Simpson to the Rescue!.

Synopsis

When Marge leaves the room, the truth about Maggie's television viewing preferences is revealed.

Plot

Marge sets Maggie down in front of the TV, turns on a children's program for her and leaves the living room. Maggie watches Marge leave. As soon as Marge is gone, Maggie picks up the remote and goes channel-surfing, having a look at a couple of horror films and a monster movie. When Maggie notices Marge coming back, she quickly switches back to the children's show. She then smiles innocently at Marge as Marge serves her milk and cookies.
