Mother Hubbard's Sandwich Cupboard is a sandwich franchise. Trudy Zengler is the vice-president for development.
History
After Marge's sandwiches were popular among pupils at Springfield Elementary School, Trudy Zengler introduced herself to Marge and gave her a pamphlet for Mother Hubbard's Sandwich Cupboard. She asked Marge if she would like to run her own business and take control of her financial future. Zengler also told Marge that she couldn't afford not to open up a franchise. After this, Marge agreed to open up a business.
Behind the Laughter
The franchise's name is a reference to the nursery rhyme "Old Mother Hubbard".
