Nelson gives a wedgie to Milhouse and hangs him in a tree. Bart passes and let's him down after Milhouse gives him a free wedgie card, which means the next time a bully wants to wedgie Bart, Milhouse will stand-in. Bart tell Milhouse that he would have taken him down for free and gave Milhouse five dollars for the wedgie card. Milhouse walks by Lisa's and Alex Whitney's lemonade stand, and comes up with an idea how he could be Lisa boyfriend by the year 2024. He is in his room and writes down his business plan that he'll make money out of wedgies by creating a business in which he hires people who serve as "wedgie shields", and makes a significant cut of the profits. When he has 33 million customers, he has become famous and can finally go on a date with Lisa, but has to lie about the nature of his company. He tells Lisa it is a surgical service for heart patients. While on the date she learns the truth when a bully wants to make wedgie Milhouse, and one of his assistants takes Milhouse's place. Lisa leaves him. Milhouse wakes up from his dream, and realizes he shouldn't exploit others to make his life easier but the wedgie shield is still a good idea.
