Go to "Community" underneath "Search", and go to Wikisimpsons:Requests for Rights > Wikisimpsons:Admin Requests. Read the requirement to become an admin. Once you have read the requirements and you think you're fit for the part, create the page "Wikisimpsons:Admin Requests/Barthony70099" and state your reasons as to why you'd like to be an admin. However, I would strongly, strongly recommend for you to request to become a rollback user before obtaining an administrator role, although it is not mandatory to do so. Oh, and also it is not always necessary to create a forum to ask a question, you can simply ask an experienced user such as Solar Dragon and AleWi.
