Globex Corporation

The Globex Corporation is a company run by Hank Scorpio, which he uses to take over the East Coast of America in the episode You Only Move Twice. Parodying an evil organization cliche, Globex is shown constructing some sort of superweapon, most likely a very powerful laser. Homer was a temporary employee, and through some of his bumbling Hank's evil plan succeeded. In the videogame The simpsons hit and run on level 6 you can buy a car with the Globex symbol on it. Hank Scorpio is featured in the Simpsons Comics story "Sandwiches Are Forever", where it is revealed that he has a hideout disguised as a FOX Broadcating Satellite. His excuse for this is "People see something with a FOX logo, and they immediately stop looking at it."
