Summer of 4 Ft. 2

In the Season 7 of The Simpsons series. It starts with Lisa Simpson handing out yearbooks at the end of school and she gets very disapointed when nobody wants to sign her yearbook. Later that day Ned Flanders made a deal with Homer Simpson that if Ned takes a look at his septic system then Homer would watch over Ned's Beach House while he serves Jury Duty.
