History
When Marge asked him to get rid of the pig crap he went to the Hazardous Waste Treatment Centre to dispose the waste. While he was waiting to get in, called Lenny to him on his cell phone and told to him that he could get free donuts at Lard Lad Donuts, this made he left his place in the queue to the center and threw shit into the Springfield Lake.
