Homer and Bart's Surveillance Camera Blind Spot is a blind spot which was used by townspeople. It was a place where people could escape from the surveillance cameras and just have fun. It was located in The Simpsons' backyard.

Discovered

When Marge was talking about Homer and Bart's blind spot outside their house, Ned Flanders called Rod and told him to put a mirror to the camera. Ned told Rod that he and Todd have to stay in the house. Rod then said Todd was not in the house, and was being bullied by Jimbo, Dolph and Kearney, making rats run through a tube that went into Todd's mouth. Ned then arrived at the blind spot.
