The Chinese Nuclear Power Plant is a power plant designed by Homer and made in China. It looks exactly like the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant except it has the China flag on the towers.
History
After Bart sold nuclear secrets to China for a dirt bike, Homer went in Bart's place and built the power plant. At the opening ceremony, he cut the ribbon and it blew up then Homer ran away.
