The Chinese Nuclear Power Plant is a power plant designed by Homer. It looks exactly like the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant.
History
After Bart sold nuclear secrets to China for a dirt bike, Homer went in Bart's place and built the power plant. At the opening ceremony, he cut the ribbon and it blew up then Homer ran away.
