The Springfield Police Home Page is a website visited by Homer. It has a picture of Chief Wiggum on the main page. Chief Wiggum asks the visitor if you have committed a crime that you would like to admit to. If you click "no", it would then say that you have committed a crime but would not like to admit to it so they have sent a police car to pick you up. It then asks if you would like to buy some police clothes for 80% off the retail price while you are waiting.
