The Soul of a Chef: Lunchlady Dora is a cooking documentary about Lunchlady Dora.

History

The documentary followed Lunchlady Dora as she prepared food for the Springfield Elementary School students. She got food at the market, from a barrel a dog was trying to eat out of. She then prepared the food at the school and served it to the students.

Ruth Reichl was interviewed in the show and said she had eaten in restaurants all over the world and that Lunchlady Dora had been doing things she never thought were possible—or legal. She then suggested that perhaps the government should step in to stop Dora.
