After Marge is sentenced to 30 days in Springfield Women's Prison, the Springfield Park Commission, without Marge's popular marshmallow squares, fails to raise enough funds for a statue of Abraham Lincoln. Instead, they purchase a statue of Jimmy Carter, which disgusts the townspeople and incites a riot. During the chaos, Chief Wiggum orders the release of the K-9 Unit, but the dogs turn on him instead.
