Pt. 2

What kind of parade has only one balloon? Task: "Place the Blinky Balloon". The Blinky Balloon costs 16,500. Quest reward: 100 and 10

Pt. 3

One last balloon and the parade will be complete. Task: "Place the Santa's Little Helper Balloon". The Santa's Little Helper Balloon costs 30,000. Quest reward: 100 and 10
