Episodes codes

Hello. Noticed there are not codes for 5 of 6 new revealed titles. They all came from EIDR, where there is actual some logic regarding production codes. A Mid-Childhood Night's Dream has Distribution Number as 23 - the 23rd episode of season 34 not getting it's holdover. And it's OABF16 (what is confirmed). Then the same for previously confirmed THOH34 (number 24, O17), Homer's Crossing (25, O18, confirmed in WGA directory), It's a Blunderful Life (26, O19), McMansion and Wife (27, O20), Thirst Trap: A Corporate Love Story (confirmed in Twitter it's OABF21 with number 28). Then, the episode with distribution number as 29 (22 "broadcast" season episodes + 7 "holdovers") - Iron Marge is OABF22 (and consequently written by Mike Scully).

For episodes with distribution numbers 1 (Do the Wrong Thing), 2 (Ae Bonny Romance), 3 (Frinkenstein's Monster - initially known it is 35ABF03), 4 (Murder, She Boat) and 5 (Lisa Gets An F1) there is easier rule - they're 35ABF01, 02, 03, 04, 05 respectively. The number is just a number in production cycle. That makers more sense in order these 5 appeared in registry later all.

This is the logic of EIDR - to look on distribution number. So, maybe to put production numbers to episodes?--The B from UA (talk) 11:48, June 9, 2023 (EDT)

Okay, yeah. That all makes sense to me then. Do you want to go ahead and deal with that then? The Solar Dragon 12:05, June 9, 2023 (EDT)
With pleasure😊--The B from UA (talk) 12:19, June 9, 2023 (EDT)

Plot details

Hello. I noted you added episodes plots section to the article. Do you want to indicate plots with episodes themselves - it's pretty obvious: "nightmare dreams" - Oabf16, "Homer at crossing" - o18, Thanksgiving story was earlier confirmed to be o19. Thus readers would be better aware with the upcoming info. What do you think, Solar Dragon? --The B from UA (talk) 15:39, July 12, 2023 (EDT)

We'll wait for official confirmation of which plots go to which episodes, else it's speculation. As for the tweets, the account that asked the questions has been deleted now so we can't really use that as a source anymore. The Solar Dragon 17:08, July 12, 2023 (EDT)
