Featured content
Hello. Month after month I've been struggling to update the main page with new featured content as there's been a lack of decent content to add. Therefore, I'm asking everyone to nominate any decent articles, episodes, images and quotes that fit the criteria. Most importantly is the featured article and episode. However, we're also lacking comprehensive article nominations too. The worst thing is that there is usually very little voting on these, with there only being one or two votes maximum. I'm sorry to send out a mass message like this but the sitenotice seems to go unnoticed. Thanks, The Solar Dragon 08:18, May 1, 2014 (EDT)
User pages
Hello. Please read Wikisimpsons:User pages. You can't edit other peoples user pages, unless it's to remove red links, broken images, categories that do not belong etc. You shouldn't add userboxes to others user pages. Thank you, The Solar Dragon 16:00, May 7, 2014 (EDT)
Naming images
Hello. Could you give images better names when you upload them please? It makes them easier to identify what they are for. Thanks, The Solar Dragon 05:28, May 22, 2014 (EDT)
Airdates
Hi, when adding airdates, please leave the times out. The times are unimportant as it's about the airdates. Thanks, The Solar Dragon 13:03, May 2, 2015 (EDT)
Wikipedia as a source
Hi, please don't put Wikipedia as source since it's a wiki, like Wikisimpsons, and it can be edited by anyone in the globe, so it's not 100% reliable. Also, instead of putting Wikipedia as a source, find the source that wikipedia has used in their articles and put those sources as sources in here. The source that wikipedia has used to source the S26 Latin-American airdates is this one. Thanks! / Loco87 (Talk / Contribs) 15:24, May 2, 2015 (EDT)
A couple of things
Hi. There are some things I'd like to tell you. Don't add more "Latin American promo images for episode x" 'cause they're the same pics we already have with a banner in the bottom and also: we are an English wiki so those promos were really not needed. The only thing about the Latin American broadcast of the show that could matter in the wiki are airdates (under the "International airdates" section of episodes' articles). And maybe cast deaths too. Also, airdates must be properly sourced! / Loco87 (Talk / Contribs) 17:28, May 13, 2016 (EDT)
Discord
Hi Jasonnguyen2606. We now have a Discord server for the wiki, which you can access by downloading the Discord app and connecting via this link. This is essentially a replacement for IRC, which is now outdated. And I want it to be a place for discussion about the wiki, Tapped Out and the show. It's a joint server for Wikisimpsons and TSTOTopix. It'd be great if you could join, being one of the active editors on the wiki. Thanks, The Solar Dragon 13:35, June 4, 2017 (EDT)
Animated by in episode infobox
Hi, a big change like this should be discussed first before you go making the changes. Please bring it up on the infobox talk page first and let there be discussion about it. Personally, I don't think it's needed in the infobox. The Solar Dragon 10:40, September 18, 2021 (EDT)
Airdate sources
Hello, please add sources for international airdates/streaming dates for episodes. We can't have this information on the wiki otherwise. Thank you, The Solar Dragon 11:15, March 11, 2022 (EST)
