Lyrics[edit]

Bart:
One more chance,
It is my destiny.
To start my road,
To Christianity.
Marge:
I always knew he had a mission.
Thank God we called off the mortician.
One more chance...
Crowd:
He's alive,
Someone quick call Channel 5.
Bart:
One more chance.

Behind the Laughter[edit]

The song is a parody of "One Day More" from Les Misérables. Chris Ledesma wrote the music for the song. The crowd's singing was done by studio singers contracted by Sally Stevens.[2]
