Edu-Con is an education convention that school district superintendents attended.

Superintendent Chalmers was chosen to perform a keynote speech at Edu-Con in Cincinnati. He and Principal Skinner ended up going on an 800 mile road trip to get there. When Chalmers got there, he found that he had accidentally swapped jackets with Skinner, so he didn't have his speech. Chalmers then spoke about Skinner and spoke about how every superintendent has that one principal who ruins everything. But as Chalmers was taking about Skinner, he realized that he actually liked Skinner. Skinner then showed up with Chalmers' speech.
