Cupcake kid is a sidekick to Pieman, and his real name is Bart Simpson. The first time they are seen is in episode 19 of series 15, called "Simple Simpson", where Homer becomes the masked vigilante Pieman, throwing pies at Springfield's miscreants. When Mr. Burns finds out Homer's alias, he asks him to pie his enemies. But when one of the is Dalai Lama, he unmasks himself.
