In this episode Bart gets a belt that gets stolen from him. Homer tells the kids' parents. When he tells them this, they decide to beat him up. Moe comes out with a shotgun and tells them to get away. Although Homer did not get Bart's belt back, he was not knocked out. Moe convinces Homer to become a boxer and Moe becomes his manager. It turns out that in Moe's youth he boxed but never went to the big leagues. While Homer lacks any boxing skills, Moe has another idea. He tells Homer to wins his fights by allowing his opponent to punch him repeatedly until they are too tired to continue, and then push them down. Homer soon becomes number one in the minors. The manager of the heavyweight champion Dredrick Tatum asks Moe to schedule a fight between Tatum and Homer. The punches of Dredrick Tatum are too much for Homer to handle, but Moe uses the fan used by the "Fan Man" to lift Homer out of the arena. Homer would have died if Moe did not save him.
