Springfield General is a comic story featured in Simpsons Comics 186.
Synopsis
Willie has a posion ivy rash on one arm and visit Dr. Hibbert. Hibbert says that he recommend a cream, and shows the cream to him. Willie tearing apart his shirt and asks the Docotor to grease him. Hibbert says at he needs to just grease it on the infected area for it seams like he have a case of being a little rash. Hibbert then laughs and Willie wonders why.
