Boobing for Dollars is a gameshow.
History
The contestants are required to by mouth collect as many dollars they can in one minute from a tub filled with water. At the bottom there are gold ingots. After Homer watching one episode where the winner, Susan won $47 and the loser the book "Cooking With Pepper: Salt Nasty's Friend", he sent in an application and brought to the competition. By mistake, he went into the wrong studio and ended up in Hard up for a Date.
