Howling at a Concrete Moon is a poem written by Moe Szyslak and edited by Lisa Simpson.
History
Lisa discovers that Moe can write poetry and puts a few of this random notes together into a poem. She then sends it to American Poetry Perspectives where is it read by J. Jonah Jameson who then publishes it.
