Several people are wearing SGC uniforms, alien masks and someone even has Apophis's symbol on his forehead. There are also people with SG-1 on their shirts and someone has the Earth point of origin symbol on his shirt.
Homer thinks he's a god and tries to persuade others that he is. This was a central plot device in earlier episodes of Stargate with the Gou'ald forcing people to believe that they were gods. Homer was a "good god" though, similar to the Asgard in Stargate, rather than the Gou'ald. |
