Dimoxinil is a type of hair growth medicine. Homer bought some from the Hair Clinic and claimed it using on his work insurance. It worked and Homer grew hair. Bart tried to grow a beard using it and accidentally tipped it all over the floor.

Dimoxinil was promoted through adverts featuring the Dimoxinil Actor. It also worked on the another person.
